Outstanding Young Scientist Award, Best Student Paper Award and Best Paper Award will be presented at the ASIAEM 2019 conference.
-The Outstanding Young Scientist Award (OYSA) will be presented to recognize the young researcher(s) who is less than 35 years old and have made innovative contributions in the field related to high-power electromagnetics, etc. All the OYSA candidates must submit a CV including the list of publications together with the paper to the paper-submission Web site. The Award Committee (AC) will assess the application(s), and select the awardee(s).
-The Best Student Paper Award (BSPA) will be presented to recognize the student author(s) (must be the first author) who present at the ASIAEM 2019 conference a valuable paper. After the regular paper-submission process, several finalists will be selected and asked for the full paper (8 pages maximum). The BSPA finalists will present their papers in regular or special sessions and in addition in a special BSPA Poster Session on Wed., Sep. 18. The AC selects the BSPA awardee(s) based on the paper quality and the presentation performance.
-The Best Paper Award (BPA) will be presented to recognize the author(s) who present at the ASIAEM 2019 conference an outstanding paper in terms of content and impact on high-power electromagnetics, etc. By assessing the quality of the submitted papers, several possible recipients are nominated by the Technical Program Committee. The AC selects the BPA awardee(s) among these nominees by evaluating their works according to a series of criterions including the novelty, originality and contribution, etc.
Since the award announcement and presentation are made at the ASIAEM 2019 banquet, all the candidates are expected to attend the banquet.
